Led by Dr. Neil Nedley, a recognized expert in mental health treatment and research, this program offers a practical, step-by-step approach. Through a series of insightful video lessons, engaging exercises, and supplementary reading materials, you'll gain valuable insights into the psychological tools and mindset shifts that are needed to thrive! The content is designed to empower you to address underlying issues, break through mental barriers, and cultivate a balanced, positive outlook.
Included in the program price are key resources such as a workbook and daily journal, both vital in reflecting and applying the principles. You will also receive a personal, medical-grade assessment that measures depression, anxiety, and emotional intelligence. At the end of the program, you’ll take the assessment again and celebrate your progress as you see improvement across all scores!
With a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), you will learn to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, fostering a more constructive and realistic mindset. CBT has been proven to be effective in addressing a range of mental health challenges by replacing negative self-talk with more empowering, balanced beliefs.
The program offers a supportive community atmosphere with meetings once a week. Each evening begins with a one-hour video presentation and followed by smaller group sessions where participants can discuss and reflect on how to apply the concepts to their own lives.
